As a leading transportation provider in the Greater Toronto Area, Premier Coach feels it is extremely important to keep our employees and passengers updated during COVID-19. We would like to communicate the measures we are taking for the sake of everyone’s safety in our vehicles.

We have been consulting federal, provincial, and municipal government websites, as well as Canadian and international organizations and affiliations. Our team has also reached out to doctors and chemists for their input in best practices to disinfect our vehicles, with the least detrimental impact on our staff and passengers.

The information from these resources has led us to our COVID-19 safety plan, including some measures that have always been a part of our daily practice and a few we have now introduced as a direct result of the virus.

Every motor coach is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each use with hypochlorous acid electrostatic spraying of all interior surfaces prior to coach returning to service. We especially focus on disinfecting high touchpoints:

  • Entrance area and parcel rack handrails
  • Door latches and window release bars
  • Headrests and armrests
  • Seat belts and seat accessories
  • Entire restroom and driver’s area

Onboard air quality

Cabin air is completely exchanged with fresh, outside air approximately every 10 minutes. Our HVAC system also filters recirculated air with MERV 5 or higher rated filter media, removing respiratory droplets approximately every two minutes.

Distancing and Protection

Our drivers are currently required to wear face coverings. They are trained in social distancing protocols and will practice these techniques throughout your travel experience. We encourage all passengers to wear face coverings and/or physical distance when entering, riding on, and exiting the coach. PLEASE do not travel if you’re sick.

Riding with confidence

We consistently comply with guidance as provided by our industry associations,
Transport Canada, WHO and local governments. Our drivers, technicians and staff have been trained in best practices, including those related to baggage handling. Our additional investments in intensified cleaning and protection help ensure a sanitary environment.

Across Canada, tourism businesses big and small are doing all they can to offer Canadians the perfect vacation. More and more Canadians are looking closer to home to escape from the challenges of and rediscovering their own provinces. Testimonials

  • Working with Premier Coach made our annual sales meeting a real success. Not only do they provide excellent customer service, but they work with us to develop the schedule, tours of local sites and even picked up late-joiners from the Pearson International Airport. I wholeheartedly recommend Premier Coach for corporate coach service in GTA Toronto.
